navigating relationship uncertainty,
emotional abuse, and past trauma.
Online Therapy In Ontario
If you are struggling with difficult relationships, uncertainty about the future, or past emotional trauma, you are not alone.
I provide online therapy for individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, ambivalent, or overwhelmed in their relationships. I am based Durham Region, and love meeting people from my neck of the woods in Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Port Perry, Uxbridge, and Brooklin.
Whether you are asking “Should I stay or leave this relationship?”, trying to untangle emotional abuse, or healing from past relational trauma, my trauma-informed, attachment-aware approach can help you gain clarity, confidence, and emotional safety.
Many of the clients I work with across Ontario are thoughtful, capable people who find themselves quietly asking:
Is this relationship healthy?
Should I stay or leave?
Why do I feel so anxious, disconnected, or unsure of myself?
It is not always easy to speak openly about relational stress, emotional harm, or ambivalence about a partner or family member. Therapy offers a private, structured space to slow down and gain clarity without pressure or judgment.
Relationship-Focused Therapy for Ontario
My practice centers on helping individuals and couples navigate emotionally complex relationships.
Rather than rushing toward repair or separation, we focus first on understanding patterns, attachment dynamics, emotional safety, and the impact of past experiences. From there, clarity becomes more accessible.
Ontario clients most often seek support for:
Relationship uncertainty or mixed-agenda partnerships
Emotional or narcissistic abuse
Repeated conflict cycles that feel impossible to resolve
Trauma or attachment wounds affecting current relationships
If you are navigating a relationship crossroads, relationship clarity therapy can be supportive.
If you are questioning whether emotional manipulation or narcissistic patterns are present, explore narcissistic abuse recovery.
If past relational experiences still feel activated in your body or nervous system, learn more about trauma & attachment healing.

How do I know if relationship clarity therapy is right for me?
If you feel stuck in indecision, caught between staying and leaving, or repeatedly doubting your own perceptions within a relationship, clarity-focused therapy can help you slow the process down and make intentional decisions. You do not need to be certain about what you want before starting.
Can therapy help if I am dealing with emotional abuse but am not ready to leave?
Yes. Many clients begin therapy while still in the relationship. The goal is not to push you toward any specific outcome, but to help you strengthen insight, boundaries, nervous system regulation, and self-trust so that whatever decision you make is grounded and informed.
Do you offer in-person therapy in Durham Region?
Yes, I am just starting to offer in-person therapy in Port Perry, Ontario serving adults in North Durham Region, including Scugog, Uxbridge, Blackstock, and surrounding communities.
